Katerina Sousalis

Joining the Modoras family in 1997, Katerina has forged long-standing and trusting relationships with her clients over the past 25 years. Deeply drawn to helping people, Katerina enjoys the opportunity to use her expert knowledge to reject limitations, push boundaries and help clients create realities that are far beyond what they imagined was possible.  Katerina works seamlessly with experts across the Modoras group to provide integrated advice across our Wealth, Accounting, Advisory and Asset Management services.

Katerina delivers advice for clients across the eastern seaboard, specialising in complex, multi-entity structures, intergenerational wealth strategies, and retirement planning strategies to maximise clients’ future lifestyle potential. A special passion for Katerina is empowering and educating female clients to bridge the income and retirement gender gap, and she works closely to connect clients with the best expertise across the Modoras group to deliver full-scale financial freedom and security.

As Associate Director, Katerina is a member of the Modoras senior management team, and is responsible for professional development, education, and mentoring of the Modoras Wealth management teams.

Outside of work, Katerina is an active member of her local community. She provides pro bono financial advice for participants in The Cancer Council’s programs; is heavily involved in various sporting committees for her twin children, and for the past 15 years has co-owned and provided accountancy and financial reporting services with her husband’s successful hospitality business.
