Prashant Sharma is a Client Manager at Modoras, working with business owners to simplify complex financial matters and provide practical advice that supports stronger business decisions. With experience across accounting, taxation and business advisory, he focuses on building trusted relationships and helping clients achieve long-term financial outcomes.

Prashant began his career in public accounting in 2016 as a Tax Specialist, building a strong technical foundation in individual and small business compliance. As his career progressed, he moved into client management and business services roles, expanding his focus beyond compliance to strategic advisory. Before joining Modoras, he managed a Business Services division, leading client relationships, mentoring team members and overseeing the delivery of accounting, tax and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses.

He enjoys helping business owners cut through financial complexity, providing clear advice that gives them confidence to make informed decisions. Whether it’s improving tax outcomes, refining business structures or working through complex challenges, Prashant values practical solutions that make a measurable difference.

For Prashant, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing the positive impact good advice can have on a client’s business and livelihood. He believes accounting should do more than meet compliance obligations—it should provide clarity, support better decisions and help clients build stronger businesses.

Prashant holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), a Registered Tax Agent and a member of both Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and the National Tax & Accountants’ Association (NTAA).
