Over forty years ago, Peter started with a simple belief:

that great financial advice doesn’t just manage money… it changes lives.

That belief became Modoras.

From a single operator to today, the Modoras Group is one of Australia’s leading integrated financial services groups in Australia.  Bringing together accounting, audit, wealth management, tax advisory, business advisory and private equity advisory services for more than 45,000 clients, Modoras is located in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Partnering with individuals, families, high-net-worth clients, business owners and boards globally, Modoras professionals work with clients who recognise the need for advice that connects, not sits in silos.

Our group brings together Modoras, R J Sanderson & Associates and BG Private, each recognised in their own right, but together forming a model built on connected thinking and long-term client outcomes.

Over four decades, he’s learnt that the best results don’t come from isolated or referred advice.

They come when everything integrates:
– tax informing structure,
– wealth aligned to succession,
– investment decisions grounded in real business context.

That is what Modoras was built on, and what our clients trust us for.

As a Qualifying and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he brings both commercial depth and governance discipline to the families and businesses he works with.

But ultimately, titles matter less than outcomes. What matters is helping people see what’s possible and structuring their financial world to achieve it.

Community Leadership

His commitment has never been limited to business. From the beginning, giving back, particularly to the Indian-Australian community, has been a core part of who he is.

As Vice President of the National Sikh Council of Australia and Founding Chairman of the INDOZ Community Centre, he’s had the privilege of contributing to initiatives that bring people together, strengthen cultural connection, and support communities across Australia.

These roles are not separate from my professional life — they have shaped it.

He’s always believed that strong businesses and strong communities are built on the same foundations: trust, integrity, and long-term thinking. When those values are present, both people and organisations thrive.
