Modoras is now accepting digital signatures!

Modoras asking clients to sign documents electronically

Modoras is pleased to announce that DocuSign will now be used to send, manage, and record electronic signatures on documents.

The transition will make the process of signing documents quicker and more effective. Rather than having to scan documents the old-fashioned way, clients will now be able to sign a document with the click of a button.

What does this mean for you?

Many documents will now be sent via DocuSign which means they will look a little different.

If you get a DocuSign email from Modoras asking you to click on a link and sign a document, it is likely to be us.

You do not need a DocuSign account to sign and return documents.

All you have to do is click on the link inside the email and digitally sign.

You can use DocuSign from your smartphone, tablet or computer, and it works with all email apps.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3

Step 1 — Click the link in the email

When you receive an email from Modoras via DocuSign, a link direct to the document in question will also be provided.

Click the link to access the document. An example has been provided below.

Modoras transitions to Docusign

Step 2 — Follow the DocuSign tabs

Once you have opened the document, follow the prompts provided.

Some documents you are sent may require a mandatory signature. Other documents sent to you may not require a signature. Don’t worry, the system will guide you through the items you need to take action on.

Step 3 — Finish, and you’re done

Once you have finished filling out the required fields (including a signature), click ‘Finish’.

That’s it!

Your completed documents are securely stored for us to access, far safer than paper transactions.

And your e-signature is as legally binding as an ink signature.

Still prefer signing a paper document?

While e-signatures have numerous advantages over paper ones, you can still sign on paper if you prefer.

Simply print the document, sign, and then scan or post it back to us.

Need help?

Thank you for helping us transition smoothly to DocuSign.

If you have questions about the process or need assistance using DocuSign, please reach out to us. Contact us at info@modoras.com or 1300 888 803. We’re here for you.
