Sandeep has a collaborative style and is an experienced Partner with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry in Australia for almost 30 years. Having significant experience in 2 big four accounting firms and a mid-tier accounting firm in Australia, Sandeep is highly skilled in Australian and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and assurance services. His experience ranges from being the signing Partner on three top ASX 200 companies, large proprietary companies and unlisted public companies. He has a special interest in financial services and technology clients especially if expecting a capital event.

Sandeep’s notable client experience includes a listed growth capital fund that focussed on the information technology sector, an ASX listed property owner and fund manager and a few unlisted funds investing in diverse businesses. Other audit experience includes retail in design driven brands for indoor and outdoor living, businesses in the construction industry, environmental remediation, defence and biotechnology.

Due to the nature of his professional experience and experience in presenting to high profile boards, Sandeep has developed expertise in identifying key audit risks in almost all types of businesses and in leading a team of auditors to meet the assurance objectives and deadlines in a timely manner.
