Paul Gaffney brings over 25 years of experience in professional services, with a global perspective on wealth creation and business development. His career began in the dynamic and fast-evolving world of commercial and building development finance across Asia, where he navigated volatile markets and rapid growth. From there, Paul transitioned to leadership roles in some of Australia’s largest banks, where he led international teams to success. Later, he established his own accounting and advisory firms on the Gold Coast, cementing his reputation as a trusted advisor.
Paul has served in key governance roles, including Board and Advisory Board positions across diverse sectors such as international sporting events, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations. His passion for community involvement extends to volunteering at his local surf club and coaching his children’s sports teams, highlighting his commitment to giving back.
