Paul’s 20-year career in professional services has given him a world-view of wealth creation and business—starting from his early years in the volatile and fast-paced world of commercial and building development finance in Asia; to leading international teams as an executive at some of Australia’s big banks; to building his own accounting and advisory businesses on the Gold Coast.

Paul has held governance responsibilities including Board and Advisory board positions across a wide range of business interests, including international sporting events, professional services, and not-for-profit entities; Paul is also an active member of his local community, volunteering with his local surf club and coaching his children’s sporting teams.

As Executive Director of Modoras, Paul shares his vision and knowledge with the growing Modoras team of multi-disciplinary professionals, inspiring them to collaborate deeply with clients, connecting them with professionals across the wider group, and ensuring we constantly ask what more is possible, and drive for the best outcomes for our clients. “We’re in the people business, we need to invest in our team to ensure they are the best they can be, and that they in turn can provide the best services and care for our clients.”
