Michelle brings significant operational management capability to her extensive career with Modoras Financial Performance solutions. She is a core part of the Modoras family and integral to the operations of our Sydney team, with oversight of both strategic and operational implementation across our team, our clients, and our workflows.

Michelle has developed deep and enduring client relationships throughout her tenure – and she enjoys working with clients, identifying challenges and opportunities, and aligning these with the best experts across the Modoras group to help our clients grow and thrive.

As Practice Manager, Michelle is also responsible for the management and operational efficiency of the business, focusing on service standards, business process improvement and automation, overall operational rhythms and workflows, team leadership and recruitment, and identification of opportunities to further the future growth and sustainability of the business. Pragmatic and practical, Michelle knows what it takes to get the job done.

Michelle is a keen All Blacks fan and can often be found at Eden Park cheering the team to victory. She also loves spending time with her family, including her two adult children, and socialising with friends and family across New Zealand and Australia.
