Kirsten Eldering

Kirsten Eldering brings 15 years of experience to her role as Practice Manager at Modoras. She began her career in the accounting industry with YCG in 2008 and, after a brief break to focus on family, returned to the field at Archangel Wealth before joining Modoras. Kirsten’s extensive experience and dedication to improving business processes have made her a key figure in streamlining operations and enhancing staff efficiency.

Kirsten is passionate about finding better ways to approach day-to-day tasks, always looking for ways to improve processes, routines, and software utilisation. One of her guiding principles is that there’s always a better way to do something. By continually improving and researching new methods, she ensures that both staff and clients benefit from smoother operations, making their lives easier in the process.

Her motivation comes from the desire to reassure clients that their financial matters are in good hands. She believes that providing clients with peace of mind, backed by delivering on promises, builds lasting trust and confidence.

Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her teenage children, coaching her daughter’s netball team, and watching sports, particularly netball and NRL (a Swifts, Panthers, and Warriors supporter). She also expresses her creative side through cooking and gardening, occasionally making celebration cakes for family and friends. On weekends, she and her family love getting away for 4WD adventures and camping.
