Starting as an administration staff at Smith Couceiro in July 1999, she worked her way up and gained a full practice understanding. She has been an essential part of the Modoras Group, which evolved from Smith Couceiro over the years.

Kirsten’s passion for her role lies in helping and seeing younger accountants and administration staff develop their skills and capabilities. She finds great fulfillment in being able to share her knowledge and experience with her colleagues and guide them towards their professional growth.
