“I enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems—especially when the solution makes a lasting difference in a client’s business or family affairs.”

Andrew brings over a decade of experience in accounting and tax advisory, having worked across private and corporate tax environments in leading global firms. Before joining Modoras as Director – Private Tax, he held senior roles at PwC and EY, and began his career with The Azure Group. His professional background includes structuring, advisory, and compliance across business, family office, and high-net-worth clients.

With specialised expertise in private tax, Andrew supports clients across a wide range of complex tax matters—including business structuring, family succession, and intergenerational wealth strategies. He is known for his strategic thinking, deep technical knowledge, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Andrew is driven by the opportunity to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes—whether that’s simplifying complex tax issues or aligning commercial decisions with long-term goals. He thrives in environments where curiosity and clarity are equally valued.

Andrew believes that great outcomes stem from understanding the full picture. He works closely with clients to uncover the finer details that often sit beneath the surface, applying both precision and perspective to deliver advice that works in the real world.

Andrew enjoys keeping fit, playing golf, and spending time outdoors—often recharging through movement before stepping into the next challenge.
