“Great vision means little without great people. Helping teams grow, adapt, and succeed together—that’s where real impact happens.”

Amelia Golding is a passionate and people-focused HR professional with over a decade of experience across small business management, employee engagement, and human resource strategy. She brings to Modoras a well-rounded perspective shaped by her time in both start-up and established environments—most recently leading HR operations and people programs as a Human Resources Manager within the tech sector. Now based at Modoras QLD, Amelia partners with leaders and teams across the group to build capability, strengthen culture, and align people strategies with business priorities.

Amelia’s strengths lie in organisational design, talent development, employee engagement, and building HR systems from the ground up. She has delivered onboarding programs, performance frameworks, and culture-building initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams. Her approach blends operational rigour with creativity and a deep commitment to people development.

Amelia thrives on the ever-evolving nature of people and work. She is energised by opportunities to shape environments where individuals and organisations can grow, adapt, and thrive together. With a strong focus on capability-building, she enjoys crafting strategies that empower teams to reach their potential.

Amelia believes that great business outcomes start with the right people in the right roles. She approaches HR as a partnership—collaborating with leaders to attract, retain, and support talent while fostering a culture of trust and shared purpose.

Outside of work, Amelia enjoys hiking, camping, and discovering new spots around the city. She’s a creative at heart, often found painting, making music, or enjoying a great book and a strong coffee. Most of all, she values meaningful time with her family and friends.
