In a career spanning almost 30 years, Annette has forged long-standing relationships with her client base. Serving both businesses and individuals, Annette has developed significant expertise in small business accounting processes, production, analysis and interpretation of financial reports, personal accounting, tax planning, business structures and entity management. Annette has worked with a wide range of industries including the Aged Care and Health sector, manufacturing and wholesalers, property and construction, legal and medical professional firms, and high net-wealth family groups.

Annette has significant expertise in cloud accounting software configurations across a wide range of systems including MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero, BGL and CGT reporter—she provides expert oversight and assistance with installations, migrations and implementation of business processes, and bookkeeping using these systems.

Annette began her career working as an undergraduate Accountant with Hall Chadwick before moving to Trevor Hook Accountants where she was Practice Manager—responsible for overall client service delivery, team leadership and workflows. Annette joined the Modoras family when the business merged with Modoras in 2019.

Annette enjoys working closely with team members to mentor and lead service delivery, grow skills and review overall service outputs on behalf our clients across the Queensland Accounting business. When not at work, you’ll find Annette curled up with a good book,following the Australian Diamonds and Queensland Firebirds netball teams or spending time with her family.
